Label Apurva is a premium womens fashion brand focused on contemporary Indian womenswear, artisanal craftsmanship, and contemporary design. We are looking for an Accounting Intern to support our finance and accounts operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and MIS reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the accounts and management team and get exposure to day-to-day financial operations of a growing fashion and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations
- Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities
- Track customer payments, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
- Reconcile e-commerce orders, settlements, and marketplace payments
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Maintain accurate financial records in Excel / Google Sheets
- Assist with vendor reconciliation and follow-ups
- Support the senior accounts team during month-end closing
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents




- Assist with any other finance and accounting tasks as required

Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, BAF, BMS (Finance), or a related Accounting/Finance qualification
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing is an advantage
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately
