Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Accounts

Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and tracking accounts receivable and payable. The role involves reconciling bank statements, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and preparing basic financial reports for management.

Executive will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing, cost tracking,



and compliance with company policies. The position also requires maintaining organized financial documentation, supporting audits, and responding to internal and external queries related to accounts and payments.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within a team, and handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in logistics or delivery services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GST, invoicing, and basic tax compliance relevant to Indian businesses is preferred.
