About the Role

Asia Pacific Group is looking for an Accounts Data Entry Executive to support our Accounts and Operations team.

The role will primarily involve reviewing reports received from insurance providers, businesses, colleges, universities, vendors, and other partners, identifying relevant financial and transaction-related information, and accurately entering and updating the required data in the company's CRM and internal systems.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree, strong attention to detail, valuable numerical and data-handling skills, and previous experience in data entry, accounts support, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process reports received from insurance providers, businesses, colleges, universities, vendors, and other external partners.
- Extract relevant financial, transaction, client, and account information from reports.




- Enter and update accurate information in the CRM and internal systems.
- Cross-check data between reports, CRM records, and supporting documents.
- Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and coordinate with the relevant team for clarification.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of transactions and supporting information.
- Assist the Accounts team with data reconciliation and routine reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry and reporting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, customer, and business information.
- Support the team with other accounts and administrative data-related activities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
