We re looking for an Accounts Educator who can make students understand the subject, not just solve numerical. They should understand why it is done that way.
Accounts can often feel intimidating to students.
Debit. Credit. Journal entries. Ledger. Final accounts. Ratios. Adjustments. Standards.
There are principles to understand, formats to follow and calculations to perform.
But behind every accounting topic, there is a logic.
And once that logic becomes clear, Accounts starts becoming much less complicated.
That is where a positive educator can make a real difference.
Someone who can take a concept that looks complicated on paper and break it down into something a student can reason through.
Someone who can look at a numerical problem and explain not just how to solve it, but why the solution works.
Someone who can make a student say:
Oh, now I understand why this happens.
That is the kind of educator we are looking for.
What you ll do
- Teach Accounts for JAIIB and CAIIB Exams.
- Prepare and deliver lectures with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and application.
- Explain accounting concepts, principles in simple, relatable bilingual language.
- Make complex accounting rules and terminology easier for students to understand.
- Help students understand the reasoning behind journal entries, accounting treatments,
calculations and financial statements.
- Use practical and real-world examples to make accounting concepts easier to relate to.
- Analyse previous-year questions and understand how Accounts is tested across JAIIB and regulatory examinations.
- Identify where students are struggling and continuously find better ways to explain those areas.
The role will involve much more than taking classes. You will be involved in thinking about what students need to learn, how they should learn it, and what can make Accounts easier for them.

What is making this difficult for the student
Sometimes the answer may be a missing concept.
Sometimes it may be the way the concept has been explained.
And sometimes, it may simply be that the student has never understood the logic behind it.
We want an educator who is willing to find that gap and work on it.
