Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts cum Material Management role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, handling invoices, monitoring payables and receivables, and supporting financial reporting. The position also oversees material and inventory management, such as tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely availability of farm produce and packaged products.

The team member will work closely with operations, procurement,



and warehouse staff to optimize inventory control, reduce wastage, and support cost-effective sourcing. The role includes maintaining documentation for compliance, assisting with audits, and contributing to process improvements that support sustainable and transparent supply chain practices.

Qualifications

- Solid accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Experience in material and inventory management, including stock tracking, purchase coordination, and warehouse documentation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage records and documentation systematically.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Understanding of basic taxation, billing, and compliance requirements; experience with FMCG or food products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage time efficiently, and take accountability for daily operational tasks.
- Diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant work experience in accounts and inventory roles preferred.
