About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage financial records, billing, and compliance for our ATHER -e vehicle dealership. The role involves handling accounts receivable/payable, preparing reports, and supporting dealership operations with accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.

Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, GST filings, and statutory compliance documents.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and OEM finance teams.

Monitor dealership cash flow, credit control, and expense management.





Support dealership management with budgeting and financial planning.

Ensure accuracy in warranty claims, service billing, and spare parts accounting.

Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com, and M.Com or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in accounting (automobile dealership experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
