We are looking for Account Assistants to support our Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with MS Excel and Tally/accounting software, and strong attention to detail.
We have openings for both Day Shift and Night Shift.
1. Account Assistant Night Shift
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Accounts
- Shift: Night Shift
2. Account Assistant Day Shift
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Accounts
- Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update ledgers and accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Perform accurate ledger posting and reconciliation.
- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Maintain and update financial data using Tally/accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with documentation related to GST and TDS.
- Verify financial entries and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related queries and documentation.
- Support the Finance & Accounts team in other routine accounting activities as required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Understanding of ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of invoice and voucher processing.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- For the Night Shift position, willingness to work night hours is required.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Candidates should be comfortable working as per the assigned shift.
