Role Description The Accounts and Finance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the financial health and accounting operations of Primark Travel House Pvt. Ltd.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow. The role involves preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets, as well as tracking variances and providing insights to support management decisions. The manager will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation, audits, and regulatory filings, and will coordinate with external auditors, banks,



and other financial stakeholders.

Additional duties include improving financial processes, implementing internal controls, supporting cost optimization, and collaborating with operational teams to align financial practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills to support strategic planning, cost control, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations relevant to Indian businesses, including experience coordinating audits and regulatory filings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, along with comfort working with technology-driven tools and financial systems.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities, with sound decision-making and numerical aptitude.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounts and finance management, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or services sector, is highly beneficial.
