About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations, ERP systems, financial reporting, audit compliance, taxation, and month-end/year-end closing. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a multi-country and multi-currency environment, along with a strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Work extensively with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP platforms.

Handle multi-currency and multi-country accounting activities.

Prepare and support consolidated financial statements.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Ensure timely completion of reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and financial schedules.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, accounting, and internal control requirements.

Manage and support Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants,



and other finance teams as required.

Identify process gaps and drive improvements in accounting and financial processes.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

CA (Inter) / M.Com qualification. 510 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems – SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Practical experience in: Multi-currency accounting Multi-country accounting Consolidation of financial statements Month-end and year-end closing Audit and compliance Direct and indirect taxation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in global organizations, shared-service environments, multinational companies, or organizations with multi-country finance operations will be preferred.
