We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a skilled who wants to grow within a fast-expanding trade ecosystem, combining strategic financial management with hands-on accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage banking relationships, credit limits, documentation, LC coordination, and trade-finance support.
- Lead accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Monitor cash flow, costing, expense control, and treasury-related activities.
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance including GST, TDS, ROC coordination, and related regulatory filings.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Support audit preparations and liaise with auditors and compliance consultants.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement best practices, automation, and process improvements within finance operations.

Qualifications




- Minimum qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Preferred: Candidates holding both CA and CS qualifications.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage execution confidently.

Candidate Preferences
- Experience with import-export or trading-related accounting is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to export documentation or trade finance processes will be beneficial.
