All PO related JLL invoices should be submitted to [email protected] For ADHOC invoices Sandeep shares vendor invoices approved in CAAPS with required approvals & Cost centers.

Enter the same vendor invoices with all details in vendor invoice tracker. Invoice Tracker 2023 _

Filter the unbilled vendor invoices in vendor invoice tracker and raise in PS template state wise with 10% JLL markup.

Send the PS template to [email protected] to generate invoice. Invoice goes to Sandeep for approval.

Once approved JLL invoices copies are received by Sandeep, create a FBDI file & working with HSBC cost centers

JLL invoices with FBDI file & working should be submitted to [email protected].

Enter JLL invoice details in JLL invoice tracker.

After submitting JLL invoices,



share the details to Anand Shinde in CC tracker format.

After 7 to 8 Days of invoice submission, send a mail to [email protected] for status of submitted invoices.

Mention the status of invoices in JLL invoice tracker & work on invoices which are not found in system or invoices which have issues.

In every week mail is circulated all JLL finance team to release vendor payments, Share JLL invoices numbers against vendor invoices.

JLL Petty cash process

Nitin shares the petty cash expense details with client approval mails.

Enter the expense details in petty cash tracker.

Send mail to Sandeep for AD approval on petty cash expenses for further process.

Enter the petty cash expenses in JLL petty cash template with 10% JLL markup.

Merged JLL petty cash template, AD approval mail, Petty cash invoices & send to [email protected] & [email protected] for further process.

Once it is approved by JLL team, Petty cash will credited to Sandeep.

Mobile & conveyance invoicing process

NO 10% JLL markup is charged on Mobile & conveyance claims.

Mobile & conveyance claimed data for admin team is received from JBS team for billing. ( [email protected] )

Check & confirm with all claim details are related admin team by checking employee code in data.

Enter the details in PS template to raise JLL invoice and send to [email protected], Invoices goes to Sandeep for approval.





Submit the invoice to [email protected] with expense details in excel file.
