- Raise fixed cost invoices and car parking invoices with purchase orders on 1st of every month in PS template and route for approval in PeopleSoft.
- To raise JLL invoices subject line should start by Billing-ifmwest-india and mention type of invoice after that.
- All PO related JLL invoices should be submitted for processing.
- For ADHOC invoices Sandeep shares vendor invoices approved in CAAPS with required approvals cost centers.
- Enter the same vendor invoices with all details in vendor invoice tracker.
- Filter the unbilled vendor invoices in vendor invoice tracker and raise in PS template state wise with 10% JLL markup.
- Submit the PS template to the appropriate department to generate invoice. Invoice goes to Sandeep for approval.
- Once approved JLL invoices copies are received by Sandeep; create a FBDI file and work with HSBC cost centers.
- JLL invoices with FBDI file and working should be submitted to [redacted].
- Enter JLL invoice details in JLL invoice tracker.
- After submitting JLL invoices, share the details to Anand Shinde in CC tracker format.
- After 7 to 8 days of invoice submission, follow up for status of submitted invoices.
- Mention the status of invoices in JLL invoice tracker and work on invoices which are not found in system or invoices which have issues.
- In every week, emails are circulated to all JLL finance team to release vendor payments and share JLL invoice numbers against vendor invoices.
