Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive with robust hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice validation, vendor management, payment processing, and collections support.

- Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, adjustments, and financial transactions.

- Utilize Advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, conditional formulas, and dashboards for financial analysis and reporting.

- Review financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

- Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for audits, internal reviews, and compliance requirements.

- Generate financial reports and assist with periodic reporting requirements.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliation.

- Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis.

Experience with macros is preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, and reconciliation processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to work during US shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting US-based clients or working with remote teams.

- Familiarity with US accounting practices and financial reporting requirements.

- Experience handling accounting operations in a client-facing or service-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
