About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, Tally entries, billing, inventory records, and basic financial documentation for our tiles and building materials business.

The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, MS Excel, accounting, billing, and stock management and should be capable of independently handling daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory records for tiles and related building materials.
- Track stock inward and outward movements and ensure records match physical inventory.




- Maintain business data and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams regarding stock movements and updates.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and tracking of outstanding payments.
- Assist in maintaining basic GST-related documentation and records.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock, billing, or accounts to management.
- Ensure accounting and inventory records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, billing, and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle routine accounting tasks independently.
- Candidates with experience in tiles, building materials, retail, or wholesale businesses will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
