Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The role includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, assisting with budgeting and cash flow management, and supporting internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with external auditors, and help ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements. The role also involves preparing and reviewing tax-related documentation, supporting management with financial analysis,



and collaborating with other teams to provide transparent financial insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in taxation fundamentals, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in corporate or venture-based environments, particularly in India’s regulatory context, will be beneficial.
