Position- Accountant

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 1–3 YearsFull-time

Who We Are Looking For-

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with solid hands-on knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations and Advanced Excel. Candidates with only basic accounting or data-entry experience will not be considered.

- GST & TDS – Calculation, reconciliation and filing support
- P&L; Preparation
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Purchase, Sales, Expense & Journal Entries
- Vendor Reconciliation & Invoice Verification
- Monthly Closing & MIS Reporting
- Accounting software / ERP
- Zoho Books – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting activities.




- Prepare and maintain P&L;, MIS and financial reports.
- Manage GST & TDS-related accounting and reconciliation.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage AP/AR and verify invoices.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Assist with audits, month-end closing and statutory requirements.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com preferred

Please Note

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on accounting experience, not candidates whose experience is limited to billing, data entry, basic bookkeeping or administrative accounts support.
