Associate – Client Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting professional with 5+ years of experience to independently manage multiple client accounts and handle accounting, taxation, payroll, compliance, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally or similar software.
- Handle monthly book closure, reconciliations, MIS, invoicing, and vendor payments .
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance and filings.
- Perform GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, and tax payments/returns .
- Assist with payroll processing and financial statement preparation .
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, bankers,



and internal teams .
- Resolve accounting and vendor/employee queries and maintain financial records.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll compliance .
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and MIS reporting .
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel/Office , and preferably SAP, Zoho, or Yardi.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage 2–4 client accounts independently .

Target Profile

- 5+ years relevant accounting/taxation experience.
- Candidates from CA firms, accounting firms, or financial consulting organizations preferred.
