- Experience: 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a manufacturing unit.

- Qualification: CA (Inter) / M.Com / Equivalent professional qualification.

- Prior exposure to factory accounting, cost accounting, and statutory compliances is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Maintain end-to-end books of accounts for the Company, including consolidation of factory accounts with Head Office books.

- Account for factory-related expenses, raw material purchases, production costs, inventory, and overheads.

- Generate sales e-invoices based on approved sales orders and ensure statutory accuracy.

- Periodically close books of accounts and prepare Profit & Loss Account, balance sheet schedules, and MIS reports.

- Prepare and present financial statements and budget-analysis to the Board of Directors.

- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory

- Open to learn current accounting software, systems and skills.
