Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with payroll-related entries. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and assist with audits and documentation.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Porbandar, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.com,



And Base Is Mechanical Engineer/Diploma Engineer.
- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and knowledge of accounts payable/receivable.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of basic financial statements, cash flow tracking, and support for budgeting.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant tax rules, compliance requirements, and documentation standards applicable to manufacturing or engineering businesses.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, time management, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, procurement, and management teams.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.
