Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, in office position based in Raipur. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and cash accounts, and support budgeting and cost tracking for cold storage and warehousing operations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring compliance with relevant financial regulations, preparing tax-related documentation,



and providing financial reports to management for decision-making. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory accounting, cost allocation, and expense tracking, preferably in warehousing or agri business.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with operations, finance, and external partners.
- Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in cold storage, logistics, or agricultural sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
