Accountant (Landscaping & Horticulture Projects)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accountant with experience in project-based billing, inventory/nursery stock tracking, and contractor accounting. You will manage daily financial operations, vendor reconciliations, site-wise expense tracking, and regulatory compliance. [1, 2, 3, 4]Key

Responsibilities

- Project Accounting & Job Costing: Track site-wise costs including raw materials (plants, soil, stones, turf), equipment rentals, and sub-contractor labor. Manage running-account bills and client retention monies. [1, 2, 3]
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle vendor/nursery supplier invoices, process timely payments, and follow up on client milestone billings and receivables. [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain basic records for nursery stock, landscaping machinery,



and site tools in conjuction with .opration team.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure accurate calculation and timely reconcil e of GST/VAT, TDS, and e-way bills. [1, 2, 3]
- Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly accounts closing, bank reconciliations, and preparation of profit/loss statements to monitor seasonal cash flow fluctuations. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred). [1, 2]
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within landscaping

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
