About Us:

Pentacle InfoEdge Solutions LLP is a Mumbai-based family office that manages the personal investments and financial affairs of the promoter family across equity, derivatives and other investment products. We also operate as a sub-broker of Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily payments, receivables, bank book, and transaction entries across relevant systems.
- Handle end-to-end accounting, including ledger scrutiny, invoice management etc.
- Conduct regular bank and broker reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain investment records, track dividends, interest, capital gains, and maturity dates.




- Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax and statutory audit requirements with external consultants.
- Prepare monthly financial and investment reports for management.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital financial documentation.
- Coordinate with brokers, vendors, CAs, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies, implement accuracy checks, and ensure timely closure of accounting activities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/M-Profit/Spectrum.
- Experience in investment accounting or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership.
- Working knowledge of the stock market, equity transactions, and investment products is preferred.

Compensation: As per industry standards + relevant experience.
