Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Surat. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing vouchers and invoices. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and company accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies,



while assisting in audits and providing financial reports for management decision-making. The role may also include budgeting support, cost tracking related to import and trade activities, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and vendors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with accounting software and tools, such as Tally, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable management, invoice processing, and vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, auditors, and external partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; skilled certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
