About Mindful Rejuvenation

Mindful Rejuvenation is a leading psychiatric and de-addiction center located in Karukutty, Kerala. We offer holistic mental health services including inpatient psychiatry, counseling, psychotherapy, and rehabilitation programs. We are expanding our team and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing organization.

We are seeking an Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support our management team with critical financial insights. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of Mindful Rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including cash and bank transactions.

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, bills, and payments.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and TDS regulations.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.





Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure accurate payment schedules.

Support the management with data analysis and financial planning.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient financial records and data.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.com

2-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant in healthcare or related sectors preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Familiarity with hospital management systems (optional but preferred).
