Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Inventory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with hospital experience required, and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting and inventory-related activities.

The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, inventory management, stock documentation, and reconciliation. Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment are essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, stock, and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movements, receipts, and issues.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, and inventory-related documents.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.




- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchases and stock requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting and inventory transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure proper tracking of hospital supplies, consumables, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Hospital experience preferred
- Experience in Accounts & Inventory Management will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
