Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and financial records.

- Check, record and organize purchase and sales invoices.

- Handle GST bills, invoices and basic GST-related documentation.

- Maintain records of expenses, purchases, payments and receipts.

- Verify factory/material purchase bills and ensure proper documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding bills and payments.

- Assist with bank transactions, reconciliations and payment records.

- Maintain basic bookkeeping and accounting entries.

- Prepare regular expense and payment reports.

- Ensure accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.

- Support the management with basic accounting and financial information.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

- Tally: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

- CA-Inter (Preferred)
