Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with expertise in India-specific financial regulations. The Accountant will be responsible for outstanding collection, Payroll and Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections, and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Indian tax regulations, including income tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws, and liaise with tax authorities as required.
- Internal Audit: Carry out Periodic Internal Audit and Prepare Audit non-compliance documentation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Cost Control: Monitor and analyze costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends,



variances, and areas of improvement, providing recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Work experience with CA is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
