Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage order to cash process from receipt of order to final payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Coordinate with sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, invoices, or payments.

- Process customer inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

- Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with financial reporting.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) billing or similar role.

- Solid understanding of OTC cycle including order management, invoice generation, and collections.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems such as [insert specific system].

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
