Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
- Monitor financial performance and highlight key variances.

Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate tax planning, filing, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Work closely with consultants and management on tax matters.

Audit Coordination

- Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants.




- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation.

Financial Analysis

- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Accounting Operations

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and Tally entries.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and supporting records.
- Monitor notices, shortfalls, and compliance-related actions.

ROC & Regulatory Compliance

- Support ROC filings and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants on corporate compliance matters.

Team Management

- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Review accounting work and ensure accuracy and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance.
- Experience handling internal and statutory audits.
- Sound understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Stable employment history preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Residence within approximately one hour travel distance from the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with auditors, consultants, and management.
