Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations for Aaryam Hotel and Resorts, including recording transactions, preparing ledgers, and maintaining accurate books for hotel and resort activities.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and preparing financial reports and summaries for management. The role also involves monitoring budgets, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and hotel industry regulations,



and coordinating with operations teams to track revenues and expenses. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with finance and property teams to support smooth and transparent financial management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management for hospitality or service-based businesses.
- Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable Indian tax rules, as well as basic understanding of hotel industry revenue and expense structures.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, front office, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality accounting is highly desirable; willingness to learn sector-specific processes and systems.
