Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Accountant for the Family Office of a renowned manufacturing company located in Noida, Sector 132.

The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, taxation-related documentation, and day-to-day financial transactions. Since the role involves working with a Family Office, the candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Handle bank transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and other professionals as required.
- Prepare and assist with MIS and financial reports.
- Track expenses, reimbursements, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Handle accounting and financial activities related to the Family Office.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding financial and personal information.

Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting background preferred.
- Relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, AP & AR.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Qualified, trustworthy, and confidential in approach.
- Candidates comfortable commuting to Noida Sector 132 will be preferred.
