Job Overview:

Dr. Veda Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of ecommerce and D2C accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, marketplace reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, bank)
- Handle ecommerce accounting for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Perform marketplace reconciliation (orders, payments, returns, commissions)
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle TDS, invoicing, and compliance requirements
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and ledgers
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, logistics)
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and audits
- Track inventory accounting and cost analysis

What We’re Looking For:





- 2–5 years of experience in accounting (ecommerce/D2C preferred)
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
- Experience in marketplace reconciliation (Amazon/Flipkart)
- Good understanding of inventory accounting
- Proficiency in Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or similar ERP
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in D2C / ecommerce / beauty or wellness brand
- Experience handling high-volume transactions
