Salary: ₹2.4–₹3.0 LPA CTC (approx.) | ₹15,000–₹18,000 in-hand, depending on salary structure and experience

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation for our business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, GST/TDS-related records, and maintaining accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes and other accounting documents.
- Track client receivables and vendor/payable balances.
- Record and monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments and maintain updated receivables records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts when required.
- Maintain and update accounting data in Tally Prime and MS Excel .
- Prepare basic reports related to receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.




- Support management and external accountant/CA with required financial information and documents.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel .
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS .
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
- Experience in a service-based or B2B business.
- Experience handling receivables, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of accounting and GST-related documentation.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
