Role Description This is a full-time Accountant role based in Gadchiroli, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work at Khaperkheda Nagpur . The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring project costs, and supporting budgeting and forecasting for civil works projects. The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, and will assist with audits and financial reporting to management.



Collaboration with project managers, procurement teams, and vendors is expected to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.
- Knowledge of applicable tax laws, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project and site teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus.
- Experience in construction or civil works accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with periodic presence at Gadchiroli project or office locations.
