ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Accountant / Tally Operator to handle day-to-day accounting and office coordination work at our printing press. The role will involve maintaining Tally and Excel records, daily transaction entries, invoicing, cash records, payment follow-ups and customer coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily accounting and transaction entries in Tally
- Maintaining and updating Excel records
- Invoice generation and maintaining billing records
- Maintaining cash records and daily cash transactions
- Payment follow-ups with customers
- Customer coordination regarding invoices, payments and outstanding amounts
- Maintaining customer ledgers and outstanding payment records
- Recording purchase and sales transactions
- Coordinating with the internal team regarding billing and payments
- Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries





REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 to 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Tally and Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of debit/credit entries
- Experience in invoice generation and maintaining billing records
- Good communication and customer coordination skills
- Ability to maintain cash and transaction records accurately
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow up professionally for pending payments
- Experience in a printing press or similar business will be an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our work process
