Tasks

What you'll do

- Perform Air Waybill (AWB) quality assurance, including Export Quality Assurance (EQA) and Import Quality Assurance (IQA), as per market procedures

- Handle invoicing disputes, billing adjustments and discrepancies for Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) and non-CASS customers

- Perform administrative activities including Credit Card Authorization (CCA) issuance, documentation filing and Country Specification updates

- Provide Cargo Agents with AWB stock and monitor Random Queue, self-audit and quality reports

- Support customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

- Handle Airmail processes and company reconciliation as required by market specifications

- Communicate directly with customers in a second foreign language through verbal and written channels

- Perform quality checks and mass uploads for corrections based on handling information





- Support colleagues and perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor; Junior Accountants work with guidance from experienced team members

Requirements The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or completion of at least the third year of studies in any discipline

- Minimum 1 year of professional accounting experience for the Accountant position

- Corporate, administrative, or internship experience is an asset for the Junior Advisor position

- Must willing to work in shifts

- Good command of written and spoken English at B1/B2 level or above

- Proficiency in a second language as required by the service

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

- Diligent, independent, systematic, and well-organized approach to work

- Analytical and conceptual mindset with strong numerical skills

- Customer-oriented, team-focused, and collaborative approach

- Adaptable and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
