Role Description<

/strong> The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities include assisting with tax computations and returns, supporting audit assignments, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with team members on client engagements,



and maintaining accurate records for financial and statutory reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, requiring regular interaction with colleagues and, where needed, with clients to support ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing procedures.
- Experience with tax-related work, including direct and indirect taxation, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a qualified team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to professional practice.
