We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead our UK/Europe region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account management.
- Experience with project management and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Account Manager certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a matrix organization or a global team.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and a European language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong network of contacts in the UK/Europe region.
