Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage overall accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and collections.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing returns on time.

- Develop and implement effective internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.

- Provide guidance to junior staff members on accounting policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or related field (CA Inter/Finalist preferred).

- M.Com degree from a recognized university (MBA/PGDM in Finance an added advantage).

- Robust knowledge of Tally software; proficiency in MS Excel required.
