About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll understand their goals, coordinate with our SEO, Creative, and Web Development teams, and make sure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard. You'll also grow accounts by spotting opportunities to add value.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Vadodara office. Candidates should be willing to work from the office and follow US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage client relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the primary contact for client needs, queries, and concerns.
● Understand requirements: Gather and analyse client briefs to understand objectives, preferences, and expectations for campaigns and projects.
● Coordinate execution: Work with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Web Development) to deliver projects smoothly and within deadlines.
● Present and report: Prepare and present proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance insights to clients.
● Provide strategic guidance: Recommend ideas based on market trends, consumer insights, and digital marketing best practices.
● Handle quotations and billing: Prepare and send quotations, and coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
● Run client meetings and feedback loops: Schedule meetings, collect client feedback,
and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.
● Monitor account health: Track engagement, pending activities, and delays, and proactively flag risks to retain clients.
● Resolve issues: Address concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally.
● Grow accounts: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase client satisfaction and retention.
● Ensure quality and compliance: Make sure all materials and campaigns meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and agency quality benchmarks.
● Stay current: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing trends.
● Keep accurate records: Maintain up-to-date client information and documentation.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
● 1-2 years of experience (or more) in a digital marketing or advertising agency, client servicing, or account management role
● Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
● Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for drafting briefs, reports, quotations, and client presentations
● Highly organized, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
● Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
● Comfortable handling quotations, invoicing, and payment coordination
● Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara during US working hours
● Passion for digital marketing, brand building, and creative communication
