Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 5–9 years
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Prepare and review finalisation of accounts and financial statements.
Manage taxation-related activities , including GST,
TDS and other statutory compliances.
Maintain accounts and records using Tally ERP .
Prepare and analyse reports using Advanced Excel .
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
Review invoices, payments, receipts and expense records.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and yearly closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams when required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
Required Skills -
Strong knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts
Good understanding of Taxation, GST & TDS
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and coordination skills
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience in accounting and finance is preferred.
