Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong expertise in accounting, taxation,

audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be CA or Semi-CA qualified, have strong analytical skills, and be capable of independently managing finance and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual accounts and handle finalization of accounts for group companies.

● Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, audit reports, and MIS reports.

● Handle statutory compliance related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, VAT, and Transfer Pricing.

● Coordinate with tax departments and auditors for statutory matters and audits.

● Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, accounting ledgers, and reconciliations.

● Complete statutory and other audits within stipulated timelines.

● Prepare and analyse accounting records and financial statements.

● Research and resolve accounting and taxation-related issues.

● Review completed tax forms and provide guidance to junior team members.

● Manage client/internal stakeholder communication and provide timely financial information.





● Lead and manage the accounts/finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

● Support tax planning, special projects, and other finance-related activities.

● Maintain accurate and systematic financial records.

Candidate Requirements

● CA / Semi-CA qualified candidates preferred.

● 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

● Experience working with product-based companies is preferred.

● Prior experience in a Team Lead / Managerial role.

● Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.

● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

● Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

● Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Systematic, organised, and detail-oriented approach.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Mumbai/Thane candidates preferred.

● Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Benefits: Provident Fund, Mediclaim, Travelling Allowance

Note: Candidates who can join immediately and are CA / Semi-CA qualified will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
