Role SummaryWe are hiring an Account – Performance Marketing professional to independently manage a portfolio of 50+ B2B and B2C clients. You will oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and branding while acting as the primary client point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch,



and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for 50+ accounts. Track metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality.
- Account & Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, handle daily client communication, convert requirements into actionable tasks, and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
- SEO & Digital Strategy: Apply SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics to boost organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Branding & Content: Collaborate with creative and design teams to build effective, brand-aligned ad creatives and copy for lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements & Skills

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Account Management.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume client accounts (50+ simultaneously) with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
