Role: Manager - Account Management (Mainline Advertising)

Location : Bangalore

Years of Exp: 3-5 Year

We are looking for a Manager - Account Management with strong Mainline Advertising experience to manage key client accounts and drive end-to-end campaign execution.

Key Accountabilities

- Manage client relationships and act as the key link between the client and agency teams.
- Develop and execute 360°/integrated campaigns across TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Cinema and Digital.
- Work with Creative and Strategy teams to conceptualize campaigns aligned with client briefs.
- Present creative concepts, campaigns and budgets to clients.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, execution and overall delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs and client satisfaction.
- Participate in new business pitches and contribute to account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless communication and execution.




- Mentor and support junior team members.

Professional Skills:

- Proven experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within a reputed Mainline Advertising Agency.
- Solid Mainline experience with blue-chip/large brands.
- Hands-on experience with big brand launches, TV production and 360° campaigns.
- Excellent client servicing, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative thinking, business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
