See And Say is a creative marketing consultancy working with home, lifestyle, beauty and wellness brands. We build content, campaigns and brand stories for design-led businesses, from handmade tile makers and artists to luxury travel and lifestyle labels. We're a small, close team that cares deeply about how things look, feel and read.

The role

We're looking for an Account Manager to be the day-to-day point of contact for our clients. You'll keep conversations moving, keep calendars on track, and make sure every client feels looked after, while our founder focuses on strategy and creative direction. This is a positive fit for a recent design graduate who wants to work across many brands at once, and who enjoys both creative thinking and keeping things in order.

What you'll do

- Manage daily client communication across WhatsApp, email and calls, with timely and thoughtful replies.
- Share content calendars and creatives with clients, gather their feedback and get sign-offs on time.
- Turn client feedback into clear, actionable briefs for the design and content team.
- Art direct shoots remotely, liaising with photography and videography teams across the country, briefing them on look and feel,



and keeping the output in line with the creative direction set with the founder.
- Brainstorm content ideas, post concepts and campaign angles with clients, and bring fresh suggestions to review calls. Ideas that shape larger campaigns or brand direction are developed together with the founder.
- Log new requirements, check them against the agreed scope and flag anything that falls outside it.
- Schedule meetings between the founder and clients for new projects, set a clear agenda beforehand, and share any background the founder needs to walk in prepared.
- Follow up after meetings with a summary of decisions, next steps and timelines for both the client and the internal team.
- Send weekly status updates to each client covering progress, pending items and inputs needed.
- Join and coordinate routine review calls, and share notes and next steps afterward.
- Track deadlines across accounts and raise risks early.
- Use good judgement on what to handle independently and what genuinely needs the founder's input.

What we're looking for

- A recent graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, Srishti or a comparable design school in India or abroad. Internship experience at a studio, agency or brand is a plus.
- A polite,



kind and patient nature. Clients should come away from every interaction feeling heard and cared for.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, clear and professional tone.
- A curious, creative mind and genuine interest in content, trends and brand storytelling, so you can contribute ideas with confidence.
- A strong eye for aesthetics, so you can judge whether a creative is ready to go to a client and whether a shoot is on brief.
- Strong organisation and follow-up habits. Nothing slips through the cracks with you.
- The confidence to push back politely and hold the line on scope and timelines.
- Comfort working independently and staying responsive during working hours.
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Notion or Trello, and Instagram.
- A dual SIM smartphone, so a dedicated See And Say work number can be used for client communication, along with a laptop and a stable internet connection.
