Candidate Requirements ● CA / Semi-CA qualified candidates preferred. ● 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. ● Experience working with product-based companies is preferred. ● Prior experience in a Team Lead / Managerial role. ● Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance. ● Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. ● Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. ● Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Systematic, organised, and detail-oriented approach. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. ● Mumbai/Thane candidates preferred. ● Immediate joiners preferred.
