- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain general ledger, cash book and bank book.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of all transactions.
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks regarding payments, receipts, limits and documentation.
- Monitor bank balances and fund requirements.
- Receivables & Payables
- Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for timely collections.
- Maintain vendor outstanding and payment schedules.
- Prepare ageing reports for receivables and payables.
- Statutory Compliance
- Assist in GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for required information and documents.
- Ensure timely filing and maintenance of supporting records.




- Audit & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Other Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and identify unusual transactions.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Positive command of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
