Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.

· Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

· Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

· Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.

· Provide support during audits and financial inspections.

· Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

· Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

· MBA with a specialisation in Finance

· Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Accounts Executive or in a comparable role

· Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting standards,



and regulatory frameworks

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel

· Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a proven aptitude for problem-solving

· Exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational capabilities

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships

· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

· CPA or other relevant professional certifications are considered an asset
