Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finance &
- Accounts

for IT infrastructure rental operations.

- Handle rental billing, invoicing, AR/AP, collections, reconciliations and cash flow.

- Monitor customer ageing, overdue receivables, DSO and working capital.

- Prepare MIS, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

- Manage month-end/year-end closing, GL, provisions and accruals.

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

- Monitor contract-wise revenue, margins, profitability and revenue leakage.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Customers, Vendors, Auditors and Consultants.

- Maintain controls over IT assets, rental contracts, deployments, returns and asset reconciliation.

- Drive process automation, SOP implementation, cost optimization and internal controls.

Candidate Profile

- Strong Finance &
- Accounts professional with experience in IT infrastructure rental, equipment leasing, IT services, managed services or asset-based businesses.

- Hands-on experience in billing, collections, MIS, taxation, working capital and financial reporting.

- Commercially oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Eligibility Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA or equivalent.

- Experience: 5–10 years in Finance &
- Accounts
- IT infrastructure rental/leasing experience preferred.

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Advanced MS Excel and ERP knowledge.

- Excellent communication, analytical and coordination skills.

- Immediate/short notice joiners preferred.
