Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Manager role based in Jammu.

The Account

Manager will oversee key customer accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and service issues.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, and monitoring account performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing regular reports, tracking orders and payments, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

The Account

Manager will also support sales initiatives, participate in client meetings,



and help improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally.
- Experience in account management, sales support, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing, electrical, or industrial products.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email tools) and comfort with maintaining digital records and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; local language proficiency for Jammu region is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a structured industrial work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute in some cases.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
